Landlords Direct is a revolutionary online hybrid private landlord, with one of the largest privately-owned rental portfolios in the UK.

With over 25 years’ experience of owning and renting residential properties, we recognised the traditional property rental model through agents didn’t give our tenants the quality of service we wanted them to receive. Modern day life simply doesn’t allow people the time to deal with their housing needs during normal office hours via traditional letting agents.

As a result, we decided to deal directly with our tenants and developed an online system, enabling prospective tenants to book viewings and existing tenants report maintenance issues, make payments etc., all 24/7.
