Refunds & Payments
All transactions are handled by Worldpay (The Royal Bank Of Scotland) using their state of the art security tools and techniques. The payment takes place on Worldpay’s website & not our own. We do not collect or store any card information. We send over the amount you wish to pay along with a unique reference to Worldpay & then they deal with taking your payment details.
To a hold a room or a property you must pay a holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent. This is a non-refundable fee*
should you change your mind and no longer want the room or property or if you fail our referencing checks.
You have the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 7 days of your order by sending your cancellation notification in writing to us by email email@example.com or via our postal address given on the Contact Us page.
*Where you agree to the delivery of services or an appointment date within 7 days of your order You acknowledge the contract commences immediately and therefore waive your right to cancellation. In the case of property listings, you agree for us to provide the services to you immediately.
Where the return of goods is required as part of your cancellation request you agree to return them to us at your own cost.
Application, administration and referencing fees paid by or on behalf of prospective tenants are non-refundable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
